AstroTwinSoul is a service operated by Insert Coin Store, domiciled in Costa Rica. For any questions about these terms, write to us at [email protected].

AstroTwinSoul calculates birth charts and compatibility between two people using Western astrology, Ba Zi, numerology and MBTI. The calculations are real and verifiable: we use astronomical ephemerides and documented algorithms.

The interpretation of these calculations is symbolic and cultural. This service is offered for entertainment, self-knowledge and personal reflection purposes.

It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. It does not replace a mental health professional or any other discipline. No reading from AstroTwinSoul should be used as the sole basis for important decisions about your life, your health, your money or your relationships. If you are going through an emotional crisis, seek professional help.

We do not predict the future and we do not claim to do so.

To use the service you need an account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account.

You must be of legal age to register. If we detect an account belonging to a minor, we close it.

You can delete your account whenever you want from Settings, or by writing to us at [email protected]. What happens to your data afterward is in the Privacy Policy, in the section about how long we keep them.

This is the most important part of these terms, and we ask you to read it carefully.

AstroTwinSoul allows you to create "souls": records with the name, date, time and place of birth of other people, in order to calculate compatibility with them. These people do not have an account here and have not accepted anything.

By uploading another person's data you declare that you have the right to do so, either because that person gave you permission, because the data is public knowledge, or because there is another legitimate basis. You are responsible for what you upload.

Do not use this service to monitor, harass, profile or stalk anyone. Do not upload data of a person who asked you not to.

If someone writes to us asking us to delete their data from our database, we do it, even if it was another person who uploaded it.

Part of the readings you see (the extensive interpretive sections and the chat) are written by a language model based on the calculated data of the charts. This text may contain errors or inaccurate statements.

The numbers, aspects and astronomical positions come from our calculation engine, not from the language model.

Some features are paid. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before purchasing.

Payments are processed through an external provider that acts as a registered merchant. We do not store your card details at any time.

If something went wrong with a purchase, write to us at [email protected] and we will resolve it.

The software, interpretive texts, design and AstroTwinSoul brand belong to Insert Coin Store.

The reports you generate for your personal use are yours: you can download, print and share them. You cannot resell them or present them as your own in a competing service.

We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. There may be maintenance, failures or interruptions.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, or for decisions you make based on its contents.

If we change these terms substantially, we will notify you by email or within the application before they become effective. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any dispute is resolved before the tribunales costarricenses (Costa Rican courts).
